No, although our face masks does reduce the intake and spread of harmful virus', pollutants, and etc it does not have the same properties as N95 and should not be a complete replacement. However, we do have our Pure-MSK That is able to filter more than 95% of airborne particles and contaminents down to 3 Microns!

Yes, the fabric does bleed. But don't be worried! That is fairly common, and the best way to combat this is to use hand washing technique with warm or cold water!
We've tested washing our Essential Mask in a washing machine more than 20 times without any issues, and we are happy to say it's Machine Washable! However, if you want the most life out of your mask we'd suggest a hand washing technique with warm water and a mild detergent then laying it out to dry.

The Pure-MSK is an FDA cleared disposable face mask, made in Long Beach California. Super light (Lighter than a sheet of Paper) and offers more than 95% filtration of airborne particles down to 3 microns! Being light and protective, the Pure-MSK keeps comfort and protection in mind.
Since the face masks were intended to be disposable, it is highly recommended NOT to wash them. Luckily, we sell them in packs of 10 so you wont run out!
If you're missing items or shipments, contact us within 2 weeks of placing your order. Once you have reported your lost package, we will launch an inquiry with our carrier about the lost package and attempt to have it recovered. If the carrier declares the package to be a complete loss, we will reship your order to you at no charge if stock is available.
We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to a wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by customer.
We use various carriers to get your awesome gear to you. Most orders are shipped via USPS. But, at times this may vary in order to get your order to you sooner.
Unfortunately, after an order is placed, the shipping address cannot be changed. If you've entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately and we will do our BEST to see if it can be adjusted. Even if you reach out immediately after placing the order, there is no guarantee that it can be changed, BUT we will try!
Orders will be processed the 1-2 business days when in stock. We will notify estimate delivery date when out of stock. During extremely busy times delays may be expected. Shipping time is dependent upon carrier and service requested at time of checkout.
Normal business days are Monday - Friday in PST time zone. Orders received on Monday will ship out Tuesday. Orders received Friday will ship out Monday. If the order is received on a holiday it will processed for shipping the day after the holiday. If the ship out day is a holiday it will be shipped out the following day.

We currently do not ship P.O. Boxes. Orders that contain a different shipping address from billing address may be subject to review, in which case the customer will be contacted. This can delay shipping time. UrbanLifeMask.com cannot guarantee expedited shipping when an order is placed on hold for review. Tax rate is based on the shipping address and not the billing address.
Returns & Exchanges
UrbanLifeMask.com offers a 10 day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and will accept a return for full refund or exchange. Shipping, handling and other fees incurred are not refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Refunds and exchanges will be given after returns are received and accepted. Please contact us to process a claim for product refund or exchange within 10 days of your delivery date. You may email firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact email@example.com with a photo of the damage, or the wrong item you received, as well as your order number. We’ll take care of you!
Send in your item(s) using your preferred method, USPS, Fed Ex, UPS, etc. Include your order # as well so we can quickly associate it. Your return is usually processed within 10–14 business days.
